We have  convenient ways to pay for meals.  Prepaid meals are always encouraged.  This helps speed up our service and ensure that your child always has money on account for a meal.  You may register on to monitor your child’s balance even if you never make a payment in the system.

The charge limit set in our systems is $11.00 – set by handbook rule.

We don’t want to see any child go hungry!  If your child forgets their money this is what we will do:

MES – will send home notes about balances at least 2x/week.  Watch your child’s folder for these notes. If your email address is in our system through your on-line free/reduced application you will receive an email once a week if a balance is due.

MMS/MHS – will verbally make kids aware of their balances at the point of sale.  Additionally, if your email address is in our system through your registration at the school or your on-line free/reduced application, you will receive an email once a week if a balance is due.  If the student comes to the line and the sale will exceed the $11.00 charge limit, they will be given an alternate meal that includes milk, a sandwich offered on the regular menu daily, and any of the fruit/veggie selections offered that day.
